Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You keep access until the end of the paid period, after which you automatically drop back to Free without losing any data.
What happens if I hit my gig limit on Free?
You get a notice at the 5th gig. After that you can't record new gigs until you upgrade — existing ones keep working. Cancelled gigs don't count.
How does VAT and invoicing work?
Billing via Mollie, including 21% VAT. Reverse-charge applies for B2B customers with a valid VAT number. You receive a proper PDF invoice in your inbox every month.
Which payment methods do you support?
iDEAL for the first payment, SEPA direct debit for recurring (cheapest, automatic). Credit card also works.
What exactly is the difference between Free and Pro?
Only the number of gigs per year. Free gives you the full app up to 5 gigs a year; Pro removes that limit. Every other feature — contracts, rider PDFs, unlimited members, notifications, multilingual — is in both.
