You know the feeling

Most bands run their bookings from a group chat and a spreadsheet. That works, until it doesn't.

The same Saturday twice
An option you gave verbally and wrote down nowhere, and three weeks later a second request for that date.
Calling round for a stand-in at 10pm
Your drummer can't make it, so you work through the list. Four no-answers and one "I'll let you know tomorrow".
The contract for the ninth time
Same Word file, different name, different amount. And then hoping the client prints it, signs it and sends it back.
"What time do I need to be there?"
The same question five times in the group chat, while the answer sits three messages above.

Three things, properly sorted

Repertoire, setlists, rehearsals, riders and stage plots are in there too. But this is what it comes down to.

Requests

The client fills it all in

You get your own booking link for your website and socials. Date, venue, room, stage, power, times, catering, dressing room — it's all there in one go. From request to option to confirmed, with an expiry date that warns you before a date sits around too long.

Contracts

Quote, contract, signature

Build your price from your own packages and options: fee, surcharges, travel costs, VAT. Lines you mark as a client choice can be switched on or off by the client. Quote and contract come out with your own band details, the client signs digitally in the browser and automatically receives the signed PDF.

Line-up

Stand-ins ask themselves

For each position you set who stands in and in what order. If someone can't make it, the request works down the list one by one until somebody says yes. Availability for a new date is one click to the whole band.

For the rest of the band too

Your bandmates don't have to learn any software. They open their own view and see the next gig: soundcheck time, route, who's playing, their own role and fee. If they can't make it, that's one button — and GigPlano finds the stand-in itself.

  • Roles down to the detail: band admin, artist manager, member, stand-in, crew, sound & light.
  • A band member sees no prices and no client details.
  • Sound & light see the rider and the stage plot, not the fee.
